I really admire the quality and consistency of Uniqlo’s online work. The products (not coincidently both sites and clothing) vary between innovation and simplicity, yet the message is always clear and delivered in a way that truly encapsulates the brands values. Clean, easy and fun is the message and, no matter which site or experience they present me with – I always take that away.
Polonow is another fine example of just that. Not only have Uniqlo managed to make a polo collection seem cool, by simply using some (good) photos and some smart sound design, but they have also managed to make what is essentially very little work extremely hard. Once again the product is brilliantly presented and as easy to navigate as an uncarpeted dance-floor.
