Scar Tissue - Anthony Kiedis

I really can’t really decide whether I like Kiedis or not.
I think not.
For someone who has apparently spent the majority of his life absolutely trousered, Kiedis has an incredible memory. Scar tissue is an very detailed account of his life - which begs a few questions. The first being how the fuck can he remember? I can’t remember last week and I’m a nonse compared to this fella.
On top of that, He’s incredibily self-absorbed and sadly dedicates far too few pages to anything other than his incessant drug use and girlfriends - which actually becomes a little tiring.
I think there is a very interesting story knocking around here, but I don’t think Kiedis is the one who should be telling it. I’d much rather hear it from Flea.
Motley Crue, Cobain and Manson are far better reads.
