Not my usual thing to do but feel like I should jump to the defence of Salty Dog. I would guess that you got a duff pack. My local serves Salty Dog and they have always been well filled packs. I also have a friend who sells them in his cafes and trust me, he would not put up with the state of the pack you bought.
