Please can someone explain this ad to me? I’m sure it’s probably very clever but I really don’t understand.

    Apparently it’s something to do with bra sizes - D to b…I still don’t really get it though?!

    I hope it’s not a visual thing. I.e. diagram of two boobs (B) become one large boob (D). not sure that would sell.
