PrinterNet
Printernet is the name I have been using for publications that seem to source all their material from the Internet. Zoo magazine is a good example of this kind of publication, basically a heady mix of tits, injuries and gossip. I guess these ‘mags’ are for people so poor they can they can’t actually get the Internet.

However, in light of the seemingly pointless publication above (spotted in WHSmith), I might have to broaden the definition of Printernet to include publications whose readers are so dimwitted – they can’t even use Facebook.

I also love the sections that they still have in the Mail and the Express where people ask “Is it true that Winston Churchill died in his nineties?” or “Do blackberries really contain vitamin C?” etc because they are showing the world that their readers have no access to the internet, or no common sense…
