iFelony

SpotCrime is a mashup that plots criminal activity onto Google Maps. The site has been around for a few months now and they’ve just introduced an iPhone version. Enabling the middle class to ‘contextually’ shy away from hives of scum and villainy.

Crimes are tagged with icons that relate to the type of incident, clicking said icons presents the user with more detailed information (when available). The site/s currently only support a select number of cities, but apparently that it is expanding.

This is rubbish (actual rubbish). I looked up Harlsden and it said No Crimes Found. Yeah, right.
