Where as cigarettes that are taxed by the government are jam packed full of healthy ingredients, such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen cyanide and ammonia. Anyone???

Personaly I would mind a few fly droppings in my tabs. What would be really shocking is a dog curling out a big one on top of the fag butt. The goverment could also highlight the problem of dogs fouling in the street and kill 2 birds with one stone.
