Cut Up Collective
“CutUp are an anonymous collective of artists based in East London, who work in outdoor intervention, film and sound installation. Their work focuses largely on the potential for disruption inherent in the everyday and on pre-existing elements of play in the urban environment.”
They’ve recently removed billboards around London, cut them up into small pieces (or pixels), rearranged the bits to create new images, and then put them back.
