Convergence
For years now everyone has been on about a bold future in which devices converge, making our lives simpler and better. Today I was finally presented with that vision.
My good friend Neil bought me a Stylophone for my Birthday. As I excitedly removed the device and thumbed through the instructions, I discovered that the apparatus now comes with MP3 playback as standard.
Impressive, not only is this an excellent addition to the functionality of the original pocket organ, it’s a great example of convergence. The brand has listened to the visionaries and re-invented itself in order to keep up with technological developments and consumer demand.
And it doesn’t end there, you can even Stylophone over the top if the tracks if you you feel the need. It’s almost like that Radiohead thing.
