		<description>Selling out....... that is an interesting way to look at it. As a Youth Marketer and a Generation Yer myself, there is nothing worse than the image of &quot;selling out&quot;. For the typical Generation Yer there is a need to stand out from the crowd without seeming to become the hero. The same is true for Advertising, thus creating a very thin and deleicate balance between push and pull/attraction. 

For the minds and well-being of the clients of the firm I am a Partner at, InsYght Consulting, there is one message that I would like you to take away from this young woman&#039;s vlog, &quot;Represent, affiliate and mingle.&quot; These are the tools for entering into the Generation Y world of advertising.
