In addition to highlighting and providing information on twelve new HTML5 and CSS3 features, the site itself makes extensive use of new features such as CSS3 transitions, CSS3 transforms, web storage and more to provide a visually compelling resource for learning more about HTML5 and CSS3.

Google is rolling out pedestrian-level indoor mapping data for locations such as malls, airports, museums and educational institutions across the US. To promote said mapping they’ve produced this charming Google+ app/game using WebGL and (seemingly) user-location to enable players to roll around the floor-plan maps.

Stereographic Street View transforms locations into panoramic floating planet things. And because it’s on the Google Maps, you can make one of your house like above.

Microsoft Istanbul and Bedük (a famous Turkish pop star (in Turkey)) have teamed up to create the Disco Breaker experience showcasing IE9‘s HTML5 features.

The trailer is Turkish, but I think you’ll get the drift of how the experience will play out.

It certainly looks like a pretty sweet piece of HTML5 action, but I can’t actually tell because I’m not running IE9.
