Adidas Original Festival
Originals Festival invites punters to create a ‘virtual festival’.
You pick a stage, line-up and running order etc. within a set $100k budget, then make a poster advertise your festival on your MySpace or blog. The organizers with the highest attendance (most number of clicks) win tickets to the ‘real’ Berlin Festival 2008.
I like this idea. Yes, the execution could be a bit better and it’s a little bit of a leap back to Adidas – but it’s still well smart.
