having used + online, I’d say it wouldn’t be hard to better. as for the device, micoach gives you live advice on your running – as you run. i guess thats only better if you want to improve your running over just racking up miles.

How is the Micoach better than Nike+ . Asides from the heart and pace monitor? Is the online experience better as well?
